Meet The Team

Founder and Chief Executive Officer<>

Dr. Michael Jeanfavre

Bio:
My greater purpose is to inspire and facilitate personal excellence of each individual, so that they are liberated to pursue and, at times, exceed their perceived limits and goals. To patients, clients, and athletes I offer skills, knowledge, and resources to assist their recovery and optimization of their physical, psychological, and emotional well-being. To colleagues and professionals, I offer collaboration, mutual learning, and references to improve what and how we deliver rehabilitation and human performance services.

My clinical approach leverages evidence-based medicine, modern technology, and objective measurements to diagnose and treat orthopedic and athletic based injuries. By combining scientific research with advanced training in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, I seek to identify the root cause a person’s condition; targeting specific range of motion limitations, asymmetries, and strength deficits that lead to pain and injury. Through the application of video analysis, force dynamometers, and surface EMG, I evaluate and optimize the biomechanics of human movement, capacity, and performance. I take a multidisciplinary treatment approach to treatment; by combining manual therapy, objective measurements, and criterion-based exercise progressions. Primary goal is to efficiently and effectively promote the healing and recovery processes and empower patients/clients to overcome their injuries, mitigate future injury risk, and return to full capacity.
